I’m Pat, and I believe one of the biggest things standing between people and their potential is often the story they’re telling themselves.

Over 35 years of working, leading, mentoring, and learning from others, I’ve built a career that has taken me from starting my own landscaping business as a teenager to leading teams in senior supply chain and logistics roles. Along the way, I’ve experienced the highs and lows of growth, navigated change, celebrated successes, and learned plenty from my mistakes.

But the part of my career I’m most proud of isn’t a title. It’s the people I’ve helped.

I’ve had the privilege of mentoring people through career challenges, helping leaders find their confidence, and having conversations that gave someone a different perspective. And some of my greatest lessons I’ve learned have come from the people I was mentoring.
